- Cleaning and disinfecting countertops/sinks.

- Deep cleaning of grease/grime and ventilation grilles..
- Removal of soap residue/limescale in showers.
- Cleaning all baseboards and interior window tracks.

- COMPLETE interior/exterior cleaning of fridge, oven, and cabinets.
- Cleaning all interior windows and empty closets.
- NOTE: Property must be completely empty.
- Three-stage cleaning to remove fine construction dust.
- Cleaning paint/sticker residue from windows/frames (within reason).
- Deep cleaning installed appliances to remove packaging residue.
- Collection and disposal of light construction debris.
